Moluv and Diene, handstands are easy. You probably just need to focus more. I've found that doing handstands in dangerous places makes your brain REALLY focus; handstands get easier then.

Right, well, I think I'm going to start redoubling my efforts now.

On the bright side, I saw some old photos of me recently - my god! Even my CAC from last year compared to this year is much leaner and I'm nowhere near a good workout routine!

I'll share. Still have work to do, but this picture was taken last weekend. When I saw it I thought to myself - my waist is getting thinner, and my arms are getting some definition to them. I wasn't picking apart what was wrong with me and looking at the positive!

Mr. Anthony, surely a man adept at getting photos of himself doing handstands could produce a photo that highlights his glutes.

I haven't posted any pics in a while and I have been working pretty hard in the gym lately. Here are a few along with requested booty shot ;-)

Just in case anyone is hesitating because they don't know how to take a full body selfie I will share my trick (I have an iPhone). Flip the screen and take a video of yourself doing your squats in tiny shorts or whatever. Then watch the video and take a screenshot of the desired image. Boom- booty shots abound!

Lol, yes, Mr. Anthony has a lovely back but I might have been more excited to see scenery from Red Rocks. I miss it.

Perhaps you didn't notice but that's a HARD wood floor I'm working with.

I did get brave enough to step away from the wall though and for the first time got both my legs up for a fraction of a second.

This motivational thread is doing more than just provide an organized outlet for the T&A. Speaking of, to the young man in the gray shorts all I can say is 😍😻😍😻😍.

^I can't tell what you entered, I'm assuming it's hearts or something?

For your handstand, I think it might help to practice on grass so you don't have to be afraid of falling. If you push too far and are afraid of flipping over, just twist and you can land on your feet. Tuck your head as it's going to act as a counter-balance (where's my old circus freak friend when I need him) if you keep trying to look "forward".
