  • What's for supper tonight?

    Loaded BLT salad - spinach, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber, chicken, cheese, mushrooms, green onions, avocado
    But what kind of dressing? Maybe balsamic and oil.
    Needing some accountability, so here's my stats:
    34yrs old, 5'5"
    CW: 163lbs (07/2014)
    GW: 135lbs or less
    Eating mainly paleo, but including a bit of white rice (don't call the Paleo Police!)

    Thats making my mouth water, sounds amazing, lunch is coming up.
    Nothing probably, since I'm calorie restricting but perhaps some kind of curry or meat stew with garlic laden vegetables. The garlic is my grandma's idea, I can't complain too much apart from the terrible breath. - Gaming, Food Reviews and Life in Singapore

      Steak and maybe some roasted root vege and some thing green, not sure which kind ATM. Oh, and a glass of red

        Grilled salmon, some leftover catfish and some japanese sweet potato.

          I've got some chuck beef, red wine, stock, caramelised onion, carrots and thyme in my slow cooker. Going to have some caulifower and leek mash with it

            That was lunch.

            Dinner was leftover roasted chicken and veggies.

                I made meatball slop. heh. Meatballs were ground grass fed beef, eggs, some GF flour, and spices. Slop was greens, fermented cabbage, fermented onions, goat milk, curry powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, s&p.

                  Tonight ? Halibut fillets, potatoes and anything that remains from yesterday's dinner (we had a French / Swiss raclette and North-African beef/lamb sausages called "merguez").

                      6 raw oysters
                      1lb of gf beef
                      salad with nuts, cheese, bacon, garlic balsamic and evoo and whatever else I feel like.

                      Thats the current plan. We shall see how that plays out in about 8 hours though.

                        Cold roast beef, Kerrygold cheddar, cucumbers/tomato/vinegar/dill salad
