                        wow that's amazing weight loss in such a short period of time! Great news about the cancer as well - I'll bet being keto-adapted helped!

                          Fantastic !!!!

                          I am 6 years out of late term aggressive B-cell lymphoma myself. Only I have a very hard head and did not come to eating this way until long after chemo. I am so glad you are smarter than I You are a brave strong woman!! keep it up!

                            When I'd had enough of the grain and starched based 'diabetic eating for health' diet (eating for health, my ass!) my weight was 242.5 lbs. On starting primal- 18th April 2013 weight : 238.1.
                            27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'

                                Oh that's just excellent news, i was wondering when you'd here and am glad you have so can relax and breath easy
                                I've just had all my blood pressure medication stopped as a matter of urgency- i was feeling rough all last week-tired, listless and nauseous and thought it was the heat and maybe a need for a carb refeeed but turns out BP had dropped to 65/55 due to over medication- am now off all anti-hypotensives, hurray
                                just been with husband and dog for any early morning forest hike, birthday yesterday - he gave me a new tent- I've wanted a big, stand up in tent, for a while but he's more a backpack man, but maybe now i hit 51 he realizes i need a bit more comfort specially after having such a sickly 12 months
