Well that explains all of the urges I used to get where I'd want to crush up some Chocolate Lucky Charms and smoke them...
In all seriousness, I think that many people know that carbs are addictive but they think that they can't live without easy, quick, go-to foods like cereal, bread, pop tarts, canned soups, pasta, crackers, breaded meats, heat and eat items...yeah, it's also really hard to turn down biscuits and gravy, pancakes, potato chips, beer, soda...but hey, it's ultimately a choice.
Either you want to be healthy, fit, and happy or you want to be bloated, sick, and mediocre. Most of us around here choose the first; the majority of society chooses the latter. Sad but true.
