    I really want some Honey Nut Cheerios. Lame, I know. But I remind myself that it hurts my gut and that usually deters me.
    Needing some accountability, so here's my stats:
    34yrs old, 5'5"
    CW: 163lbs (07/2014)
    GW: 135lbs or less
    Eating mainly paleo, but including a bit of white rice (don't call the Paleo Police!)

      Coffee. Trying to heal adrenals, so was not drinking coffee/tea for a while. Had Jack3D yesterday to make a workout, and the pump was nearly overwhelming. Really craving it again, but also can see how strongly it impacts the system, so best to stay away.

      Fruit avoidance today, since I am in the VLC portion of my week. I will also be slicing tons of sweet potato to dehydrate for a party tomorrow without touching it (ouch!) and I dunno if I have the resilience to make ice-cream custard as well in preparation for the same party!!! It's gonna be hard night.

      Tomorrow it will be a choice between (rutabaga?) fries and a plum cobbler topped with almonds. We are having folks over for supper, so I am going for one starch.

          Nope, i just slice (I got electric mandoline with my dehydrator on the awesome piece of advice I got here!), lightly salt and drizzle them with oil as I layer, flip them over after every layer, let them stand for a few minutes for oil and salt to distribute and the slices to soften up, then put in the dehydrator. Leftovers I put in the fridge to dehydrate next batch.

              Ahhh I want a cocktail! Like a rum and coke. Or a white Russian. Or something I'm going to invent, with chocolate ice cream and kahlua.

              But instead I have club soda and lime on ice. It's ok

                At the office they had deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese from delucas (best za ever) and I nearly fainted with temptation, I grabbed a slice and picked off a pepperoni ate it then threw away the pizza. Still thinking about the pizza...

                  Right now I'm in the mall, desperately trying not to give in to the sushi. I haven't had brekkie or lunch and I'm starving! Doesn't help that my friend is happily munching away.
