  • R.I.P Tony soprano

I'm hoping all you guys out there know what I'm talking about. I think tony soprano had a lot in common with primal! He was a dinosaur and crushed all the non meat eaters lol.....

Greatly missed - he was moving into producing and directing and making quite a name at it too. A life cut short too soon.

When I'd had enough of the grain and starched based 'diabetic eating for health' diet (eating for health, my ass!) my weight was 242.5 lbs. On starting primal- 18th April 2013 weight : 238.1.
      27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'

Never watched it but well aware of the news. Checking his filmography he's been in a few films I've watched multiple times, so I've probably enjoyed his work. Yet another prominent person gone at a (very) young age - not a small guy either. Sad when someone is in mid-career like that.

You need to seriously watch it, probably one of the best tv series I've ever watched! So cleverly writes, comical at times
