I am researching about Adrenal Exhaustion- treatment and recovery for others with stage three. I have been tested six weeks ago and changed my lifestyle (no more Ironmans or racing this year). I am now focusing on easy "nature walks" and yoga as well as continuing with my low carb food plan (higher fat). My blood sugar control is out of my control and every week I seem to get fatter. Any suggestions? Any success stories? I can't heal if I get stressed or depressed but seeing my athletic figure go to saddlebags in depressing.
