I thought that I heard about Primal about 3 or at most 4 years ago. Healthier in every respect but the most change came after I finally tried IFing.

It's been around 4 for me - and I'm loving every minute of it (health-wise)!

What about others? How long have you known about the Primal way of life?

I've only known of it since this January but already I've noticed so many differences I wouldn't dream of living any other way! I have to say primal living will definately follow me to the grave and I'm only 17 so I'm interested to see if later on in life whether or not I will develop health problems like mainstream CW people or if I will be stronger than most hahaha
I feel so isolated as every day I search for others like me, I havn't found them yet but I will one day...

First tried strict paleo for a while in late 07, off and on throughout 08, kinda settled into primal and the found mda and the primal blueprint in July 2010.

Jan 1, 2009 I went on the Diet Evolution plan by Dr. Stephen Gundry which is essentially Primaleo. Never looked back.

It's been about 15 for me, since I first read most of the ideas (eliminate grains, walk, burn fat naturally) in a book called Enter The Zone by Barry Sears in 1996. LOL
