Wouldn't work for me at all...
      A. I have autoimmune disease so ZERO grains is very important.
      B. I naturally IF and mostly eat one meal per day(evening)... it's how I'm comfortable and I don't feel well if I have to force myself to eat several meals... ugh... food early in the day is just gross to me, I have no appetite for it.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

I agree with you on that Jenn. Why bother cheating ?????

I just watched all 3 parts and it was pretty good for a Dr Oz show. If they wanted a woman to present paleo to the masses I would have preferred Sarah Fragoso or Diane Sanfilipo. They are "more paleo" and I much prefer their take on it. Too bad Dr Cordain barely got to speak.

While Dr Oz gets bashed on MDA a lot we all need to keep in mind that he is an entertainer and that's what he is paid for. On an episode of Jimmy Moore's podcast there was an interview with Gary Taubes about the Dr Oz show he was on and Gary talked about the conversations they had off the air. He found Dr Oz to be highly intelligent and apparently he pretty much eats only whole foods. He was more receptive to paleo off the air.

Now we need to get Mark on Dr Oz!

              The videos are informative.

No offense, but I think most of the celebrities endorse things for dollar.

Paleo diet has its benefits and we can see this from users who have used it.

I was watching this video the other day and it explains everything in detail too http://findjessie.com/paleo-recipes

P.S The videos posted by jenn26point2 of Dr.oz are also very impressing! Thanks for posting it

I thought the videos were the same - either the one posted by me or the ones posted by Joanie. Guess I'll have to watch Joanie's too.
