    Hi all,
    I've been lowish Carb and high protein for a few years but went grain free five days ago, embracing a pretty much primal diet at the same time.
    It's like my acne has been switched off.
    After 32 years.
    Is this a coincidence or what???
    I was only trying to get a six-pack

      congrats

      why not try dropping a little protein and adding fat (EV coconut say) to see how you react to that

      could be just what you need

        Thanks both, feeling very moved here.
        I've treated fat like the enemy for a couple of years so it's a big step for me to start eating it again.
