I really don't think that *that's* how the indians used every part of the buffalo.
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

Well. Guess it's time for me to find another forum...
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

      • Exactly. This thread illustrates why our world is in such a mess to begin with.

            • He trained and lived with Gurdjieff around when that pic was taken.
"Ah, those endless forests, and their horror-haunted gloom! For what eternities have I wandered through them, a timid, hunted creature, starting at the least sound, frightened of my own shadow, keyed-up, ever alert and vigilant, ready on the instant to dash away in mad flight for my life. For I was the prey of all manner of fierce life that dwelt in the forest, and it was in ecstasies of fear that I fled before the hunting monsters."

It never ceases to amaze me the influence that the Frankfurt School has on our society to this day. It's only getting worse as more people find themselves in agreement with many principles of marxism solely because they've lost all sense of what it is like to be a free individual and instead become greedy and focus on getting their own from others using the government as the agent to take it.

It's a successful movement...so much so that the left owns the paradigm, and continues to gain ground under the false premise that they are a struggling minority fighting for a just cause. It's parasitic in nature though, like Islam, and will fall apart when it's weakened it's host sufficiently.

People don't need to channel more energy in to relationships, they need to be about whatever God has assigned them to do. Just interacting with others more harmoniously isn't going to save the world.

Actually, change in the world would happen a lot faster if people invoked the violet flame. If everyone called it forth, we would all forget we ever had any problems:

A persecuted minority? You mean like John Galt?

That a generation of intellectuals would in some small way influence society isn't that suprising. That a crappy novel about a railroad would is rather amazing.

And yet a book about a pilgrimage still influences art & literature in the Western World, your faux elitism is exposed.

                          • Primal has ruined my life! That beautiful salmon I had tonight - disgusting! Those luscious grass fed burgers with organic tomatoes and smothered with squished avocado - I practically have to choke them down. And forget those early morning walks before the city is totally awake and the beauty of the sun just starting to warm up the day, ending with a stroll in an almost 200 year old cemetery - I hate all the quiet peace. And body weight exercises that are healing the knee I hurt so badly last year.

I hate it, I tell ya! Somebody go get me a bucket of Kentucky Fried Rats, a jumbo Coke, and the remote to the TV.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

While that all sounds perfectly lovely Joanie, none of it counts one bit... you forgot to invoke the violet flame of woo first!

Are you still here? Gadzooks, man, somewhere in the world a lion is institutionally oppressing an invader in it's socially constructed territory. You ought to be empowering the state to coerce the lion into ceasing it's thought-crime.
