I was sick every day, my joints were swollen to the point where I could barely walk, and my body just felt ugly and like it had betrayed me.                     F, 48, 5'10"
                    Start Date: 25-06-12 @ 161lbs
                    Goal Reached: 30-09-12 @ 143lb. Now bouncing between 145lb - 149lb. I'd like less bounce and more consistency :-)

                    Started Cross Fit 20.12.12 ---- Can't wait to submit my success story on the 1st anniversary of starting primal.

                      I did. Thank Mark, that is. I sent him a short email, also stating that I wasn't expecting any response, because I was only into thanking him, which was the honest truth. And I got a personal email back. Saved that one, I did!

                      Ooooh! How about "THANK YOU" written in block-style using strips of bacon... Or, for extra credit, use the raw ones and curve them into cursive...
