  • Blending food question

I hear alot about blending food at to high of speeds with raw food can destroy the enzymes in the food, It is said to blend at a slower speed. what do you think? Is it the heat from the blades will destroy the enzymes in the food?

I don't think the energy created by the blender blades is sufficient to destroy enzymes. Blending will tear apart cells and fibers but not enzymes as far as I know.
