OK so day 1 for me was a no-go (fell off the wagon in the evening because I was just eating plain potatoes) - day 2 was good and now I'm on day 3. I eat potatoes with salt and a tiny bit of butter, plus a splash of milk/cream in my morning coffee. Yesterday I also had a bowl of spinach soup I had sitting in the fridge and didn't want to see go to waste. Down almost a pound but I'm suspecting it's mostly water weight. Still, feeling pretty good! Yesterday I had coffee in the morning, then ate around 11, second coffee around 12, ate again at 5, went to dance class 7:30-9:30, ate nothing afterwards. Coffee again this morning and still not hungry. I'll stick it out until Friday and see how it goes. This is my last-ditch effort to break my homeostasis without going insane, so this better work!
