    I changed my exercise routine in June 2011 and since then I've lost 2.5" from my hips, 5" from lower abs and 3 rolls of back fat (1 to go!). My weight is exactly the same. Fuck scales, seriously.

    (I don't actually own scales but will hop on other people's every 6 mths.)
