    I'm 46yo, 5'10", 190lb.

    Before I started eliminating grains I was exercising well for two months (did not know about PB but came fairly close to it on my own). Since my metabolism was good I had no trouble cutting carbs.

    On my vacation I've torn an ACL in my left knee. At the moment I'm only doing some therapy three times a day and my surgery is on April 7th. After that it'll be at least a month before I'll get any good exercise again.

    My metabolism is down and I have more carb cravings and more mental fog then before.

    Do you have any suggestions for my recovery period? I'm interested in both eating and exercise ideas.
