  • Hints for staying primal while travelling

We have a 24 hour journey ahead of us - NZ to Canada. Will be eating on planes and in airports. Any hints for best choices? My main desire is to stay gluten free, it really gives me a tummy ache now.

opt for meat & veggies, easiest path. Take along some primal treats with you like sealed larabars and steve's paleo kits

You can always get a chicken ceasar salad at an airport--you could even bring some dressing of your own in the allowed ziplock of 3 oz bottles. For drinks on the plane, there is also water but you can also bring your own tea bag or I sometimes get tomato juice, though I haven't checked the ingredients.
