              thank god im not weird for liking my eggs fried in pork fat. was starting to feel like a loner

              • Salmon and tomatoes sauteed in butter and balsamic, with just a teensy bit of fennel grated in. I had planned on having a salad, then wanted something hot, so I threw the salad into the butter. heh. Breakfast was at 530PM.

                            • Coffee with coconut cream
                              1 local bratwurst sausage (no fillers, just pork & spices)
                              1 pint fresh raspberries

                              I am so jealous of all of your eggs and cream and cheese...eggs and dairy used to be staples for me, but removing grains from my diet revealed these foods to be inflammatory for me. Coconut cream is great for making coffee creamy, and meat and fruit for breakfast seem to be perfect...but I am still sad.
