    3 scrambled (freerange) eggs cooked in coconut oil, a pile of fried garlic mushrooms, 1 large avocado & a Large chunk of Salmon fried in the mushroom butter.
    Its almost 10 hours later (6pm here) & im still not hungry
    Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

        i overslept >.< so 1/2 a lara bar and a piece of amazeballs beef jerky

        i should feel bad, but it was delicious so i do not. =P

            Black coffee, salmon salad (home made mayo and chopped onions mixed with a can of wild pink Alaskan salmon) and a whole avocado.

              I ate at 10:30am.

              4 leftover chicken thighs, with spinach, and a bit of mustard cream sauce and butter. One coffee before and another after.
              Female, age 51, 5' 9"
              SW - 183 (Jan 22, 2012), CW - 159, GW - healthy.

              Met my 2012 goals by losing 24 pounds.
              2013 goals are to get fit and strong!

                Dang I wish I could go that long between meals when not fasting. I can usually go no more than 6 or 7 hours then I'm hungry again.
                All time high weight 262 lbs
                Primal since Spring 2012
                Start PB Weight: 240 lbs ish
                Current Weight: 220lbs ish
                Goal Weight:190-200 lbs
                All on a 6ft. 1/2 inch frame.

                I can't wait to meet my abs for the first time in my life. We gotta lot of catching up to do.

                I love this way of eating and hope to be able to help others.

                      A broccoli cheese omeelette and unsweetened chocolate almond milk. Usually have eggs , meat and tomato juice or tomato slices.

                        Bullet Coffee (with coconut milk). I'm in Ketosis and only eat lunch and dinner (within a 5-hour frame)....no snacking outside of that window. Feeling great.

                        Started Cross Fit 20.12.12 ---- Can't wait to submit my success story on the 1st anniversary of starting primal.

                          Buffalo mozzarella, microwaved asparagus and coleslaw.
                          F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
