  • My stomach hasn't been wanting breakfast lately, although my body has. I had two boiled eggs and some beef jerky.

        • This morning, I got out the remaining bone broth and made a soup. Sliced cabbage, carrots, parsnips, mushrooms and the meat I saved from the original broth making. For spices, I put in coriander, tumeric, lemongrass paste and fresh basil. Also some salt and pepper. This took maybe a half-hour or so and I was good and hungry when I was done, so I dished myself up a bowl. Delicious!

          • Half a banana fried in coconut oil and butter, plus.......two rashers of bacon I have this nearly every day. Plus two coffees with a good heaping spoon of coconut cream in each.
            Started Primal June 2012 at 148.5lbs, and 5' 1", reached goal weight in 5 months.
            Lowest weight 93lbs - too thin. Now stable at around 100lbs much better weight for me at my age.
            Primal, minus eggs, dairy and a myriad of other allergens.

            • just broke a 24 hour fast, so I had "breakfast" around 6:30. fresh raw goats milk, raw free range eggs...then bacon and more scrambled eggs. starting another 24 hour now
