Thanks Zoe - you are right I do need to do something about this. Will PM you from home with my skype details soon. I've been doing fairly well with my scoli recently (although this changes daily), I've been using some really effective stretches from my osteo. This lower back thing is a reaccuring nightmare that we aren't too sure about the cause, may be related to the upper back scoli causing over straining on the rest of my back, not helped by post baby separated abdo muscles that I'm slack at doing anything about, or it could be something else altogether. I was working on those abs until my toe started to play up and then I sort of threw the towel in, which is a piss poor excuse I know. I'm fit and healthy and of ideal weight, just havn't got my back or abs on board.
