I would think movements like KB swings which jerk the area wouldn't help with healing. I'd more be doing barbarian squats with a clubbell as they are more like standing crunches for the ab area. I need to fit YAYOG in with my gym day. I'd be taking Vit C, Vit E, gelatin, collagen and so on to help for the scar tissue to heal. Don't they put something like netting over the hernia?
