    • it freezing outside and i have 2 whole bottles of bourbon in my kitchen LOL i am not however going to drink them as i do need to get stuff done.

      the primal police will be after me but i managed to make scott's farewell square out of "ladies, a plate" GF!!! for the kids of course but always good to be able to do it. i subbed expensive organic GF cornflakes for the weetbix and some coconut flour and rice flour for the flour. they taste like proper squares not some nasty GF concoction.

              Anyone else using the new mda phone app? It's much better on a phone than the website.

                  • cant see it yet Misabi. and no sorry not from nelson. awesome place tho. i went to the port when i was away fishing a couple of years ago. i dont overdo coconut products but my local organic store sells the oil and the creamed coconut and coconut flour in bulk at pretty reasonable prices. and i get coconut milk from my supermarket. the fair traded one you get i reckon is the nicest. all work out cheaper than ordering online once you've factored freight in.

                              • LOL me and the personal trainer were discussing motivation today. i am actually slack which is why i need a personal trainer. all the walking i do is easy so it is not a motivational thing at all. my body weight stuff i struggle to get into sometimes but it doesnt last long so i make myself. you have the arguement with yourself in your head about how you should do it, you make excuses to yourself. blah blah and then you do a set of ozzie pull ups. coz you can always just do that. then you kinda think if you keep going a bit longer, you will have less to do later and so on. till you are done. i do also have days where i am really wanting to do it and am pissed off when it is over. i do some clubbell stuff then or go punch the boxing bag.
