okay I'm on bloody little yappy neighbour dog alert. I can hear him screaming at the damned thing..... hes a big burly ex english policeman. and he loves to tell stories about when he caught the crim he would smash a fist in here and a swift kick there.
I actually don't think I would like to meet him in a dark alley at night..................

        • Bah, you lot are so boring with your black! I love colour, I still have my black items but will only wear one black thing at a time. Right now I'm chilling at home in black Adidas tights but the t-shirt can't be black too. On that note....DH just brought me a wine, loving having him home.

Oh and I will never, never do VLC. Haven't even attempted it and I don't plan too. I just don't have the conviction.

            • Black oversize tshirt and red flannel Betty Boop pajama bottoms. While I envy all of you who have found loving husbands, I have to say that being single does lend itself to wearing whatever I want to bed. If I wore this to bed with a husband (and I've loved all of mine, legal and unsanctioned), surely Betty Boop would end up on the floor. (Okay, so I miss that just a little.)

                • Yeah but we've got kids so no more sleeping nudie like we used to, so not fun doing the crying baby/small person run at 3am with nothing on! I'm all about the flannel jarmies in winter too.

                  • I must admit LL - that a couple of times during all the earthquakes I did rethink the jimmy jam situ as I was fumbling around in the dark trying to get dressed, but too hot too uncomfortable etc............ so what the hell.....................

                          • Eeep that shark thing is just awful, howz that for your worst nightmare?!

Another stunning day here. I'm going to be super lazy today and avoid work if I can, I am half way through a good book so I might need to shut my office door and spend some time bonding with it! I have to stay late tonight to cook them a BBQ so its only fair really.

Any sign of rain in your part of the world today Seas?

                            • no rain at all. scorching hot and dry right now. they have downgraded the rainy weekend to drizzle on sat and cloud on sunday. i am trying to rationalise the shark thing. apparently, on average, every 20 yrs someone gets eaten by a shark. there was someone munched out spear fishing off the mole down here about 20 yrs ago. this means i am safe for the next 20 yrs and by that time, it may be a plan to start thinking about dying with my boots on. altho truly i need the one after that for that.

beautifully hot and i have to work as i went to the gym this morning. i so want to go for a long walk. my middle one is doing the weetbix kids tryathlon on sunday LOL no gluten for us but shhhhhh!!!! just wear the race number and smile decoratively. so i may be able to get them to go for a walk after school for training. she rides her bike and we walk. did lots of legs today at the gym so i am not wanting to run. i cant get beaten or give up so it will hurt way too much.

Well they do say you ought to die doing something you love, I truly hope I'm shopping! Lol

Well I decided to come home for the remainder and go back after the kids swimming lessons this afternoon. I should go do some gardening, but can't quite summon the energy.
