I usually feel great after a few days of 9 hours sleep. But then I start needing slightly less, maybe 8-8.5. I think I am consistently getting just a bit less (20-30 minutes) than I really need, and I catch up after a few days of free time.
Today I will: Eat food, not poison. Plan for success, not settle for failure. Live my real life, not a virtual one. Move and grow, not sit and die.
