Saying it out loud so I'll do something about it. During my work week, I do a great job of chair-hating. But on my week off, my butt spends too many consecutive hours in this chair! My simple plan? I'm using the timer on my watch. Setting it for 1 hour, and when it beeps, I get up and do things. Anybody else with me?
