  • Whole wheat bread. Having a face full of acne for the majority of my middle/high school days was absolutely miserable.

    I'm also dairy-free for that reason, but I know not every primal person avoids that entirely. Before I gave it up, I ate Yoplait every single day. Probably a lot of crap in that so called "healthy" yogurt.

    TV dinners. My family used to live off those. My poor organs...

    Propel fitness water. My heavy drinking of this for so many years made me feel that plain water tasted bad. How crazy is that?

    • Tofu. Always hated it, but needed protein from somewhere!
      Fat-free Greek yogourt. Tasted like a paste made with water and chalk powder.
      Soy Milk
      Beans/lentils
      Doughnuts (major heartburn!)
      Fake meat
      Whole grain anything
      Margarine
      Cereal (hot and cold)
      Sandwiches
      Pasta
      Chinese take away, used to love it but now it just tastes foul!
