    Goal weight:185lbs Not that I really cared but goal weight is out the window...got the muscle, got the abs so everything is OK.
    Current weight: 179 but have been adding muscle as well

      Goal Reached: 30-09-12 @ 143lb. Now bouncing between 145lb - 149lb. I'd like less bounce and more consistency :-)

      Started Cross Fit 20.12.12 ---- Can't wait to submit my success story on the 1st anniversary of starting primal.

        Starting weight: 200 - that # always wakes my sorry ass up
        Weight after about one month: 181 (after two: 168; after three: 154). Fourth month isn't over yet, but I'm at 145. I also limit calorie intake.
        Goal weight: 110
        Height: 5'5" - small boned (small wrist circumference)

        Age (if you want): AARP sends me mail

        Note: while I do have a goal weight, losing isn't the issue to me - never having to lose again is what I'm after. So I won't consider goal met until I've kept it off for more than five years.

                      Whoa!!! That's some good losing right there! What do you restrict your calories to? Dairy? What else? Good for you!

                        Just to add a little more info, I did stall after I hit my head a month in, but then the weight loss started back up about a month later. So I guess it took a month longer than it would have otherwise. Then I hit my head again this past February and, even though it wasn't anywhere near as hard, it did even more damage (Second Impact Syndrome). Even if I ate perfectly, my body gained weight anyway. With little incentive to eat clean and the damage making every ounce of willpower and the ability to say no to crap disappear, I gained it all back, almost to the ounce.

                        I started up again Monday (6 days ago) and have already lost 5 pounds.

                        Also a reminder that a whole lot of people don't care about the weight loss part. Many are just thrilled to see medical issues disappear.

                                F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
