She fears people are being lead to abandon common sense and risk developing lifelong eating problems and even physical deficiencies in the process.

    Gluten free bread is still just a collection of refined and enriched "whole" grains...that happen to be gluten-free. This woman is either clinically retarded, or being deliberately disingenuous.
