Tell him not to worry, they're now making caskets up to 52" in width.

Or, make him listen to "The Obese American Future", a podcast by PRI, linked here (iTunes - Podcasts - The Takeaway: Story of the Day by PRI). (number 19, currently) The interview from Goliath Caskets....ouch.

Have him go to the lean gains site and tell him Martin skips breakfast and fasts for 16 hours a day. You could also mention his 600 lb pulls.

Look at that shitty metabolism!!!! It must be glacial at ~5% bodyfat/ripped.

BTW, the use of the "word" breakie would have resulted in a shift punch to the throat.

I believe it! Probably my roommate since he seems to think low (or even simply LOWER) carb diets are the devil, IFing is a form of premeditated suicide, and that one should eat every twenty minutes.

I brought it on myself I guess.

The metal in my head clangs and clings as I walk - freaks my balance out. So the natural thought is just clogged up. Totally clogged up. So we need to unplug these dams, and make the the natural flow... It sort of freaks me out. We need to unplug the dams. You cannot stop the natural flow of thought with a cling and a clang..."
