Incredibly inspiring, I also shed a few tears. However I am sad to find out that he's a vegetarian (or at least was at the time of this article). He is also gluten-free at least. Still, an amazing story!

The transformation is incredible, the weight loss, strength, flexibility, all of that is enough to make you say wow.

I'm old and jaded and cynical. When he sprinted towards the camera and it froze on a face defined by absolute, unwavering determination, my mouth literally dropped open and I got chills.

This man is a hero, no matter how you define it. He could have given up thousands of times, and nobody would have faulted him. It's a strength of will, a depth of character, that has shaken my definition of what's possible. What the hell sort of excuse can I possibly muster now? I am humbled.

What a great story - I've shared it on my FB page in hopes of people realizing that their body is really silently begging them to take better care of it.

The room is suddenly quite dusty, but that song alone always makes me tear up. Especially this version by Lukas Rossi on Rockstar: Supernova...

There is a tweet from DDP on his site that comments on someone using his program with the "caveman diet". He says "DDP Yoga + the caveman diet=ripped". lol
