Yah Day: Perfect breakfast followed by a sprint and hill workout --- seriously I'm full of energy and vim and vigor! Never felt better in my life.
    ----------------------------------------
    F, 48, 5'10"
    Start Date: 25-06-12 @ 161lbs
    Goal Reached: 30-09-12 @ 143lb. Now bouncing between 145lb - 149lb. I'd like less bounce and more consistency :-)

Started Cross Fit 20.12.12 ---- Can't wait to submit my success story on the 1st anniversary of starting primal.

YOTD - While doing my LHT workout today saw the vein on the top of my bicep for the first time - OK so I'm a way from seeing it all the time (if ever not everyone is vascular all the time) but still - MASSIVE YAY.

YOTD - my prospective employer is flying me to Atlanta next week for a face-to-face meeting. So far all my discussions with them have been over the phone and so this is a great leap forward. I'm wicked psyched.

My YOTD, this morning I was able to comfortably fit into a size 2 knee length denim skirt that I haven't worn in about a decade.
I found a $5 bill in one of the back pockets too

After 10 days off due to illness and oral surgery, I finally get to lift weights again!
I stil have to start out slow, but It's better than wasting away on my couch.

I haven't worn a watch in awhile while walking. I pretty much have various landmarks memorized for distances. Annnnnyway, today I happened to have it on and apparently have decreased my walking time by about a minute a mile. So, I went from crawl to very slow. Not bad considering that eight months ago, I was laying (lying?) in bed with one knee and the other ankle ace bandaged - one the size of a bowling ball, the other the size of a grapefruit.

                  And, it is gorgeous out!

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

                    Yay progress!

I know what you mean by gorgeous...
I sat out in the sun today and it was about 80!

Husband was out riding his motorcycle... and I was wishing I was taking a long walk around the lake.

YOTD - Grabed some jeans that were tight when I got them at the end of my last thinish time, pulled them on and they are lose, and now falling down as I have run out of holes on my belt and there is no more room to make more unless I remove some of the studs (I'm so heavy metal)

I was on a plane this weekend for the first time in almost a year. My laptop and purse were stowed under the seat in front of me. When I wanted either of them, I just bent over and reached down, no stretching, no feeling like I was going to barf. The belly fat's not completely gone, but there's not enough to keep me from just folding up like a jack knife. YAY!

I've got a couple Yays for today!

                            1) Found my five fingers! They've been missing for long enough that I didn't even have any idea of where they might be. Found them somehow wrapped up in my windshield cover that lives under the seat of my work truck. We finally got snow so I pulled out the cover and 'Plop, plop' out they fell into the snow! Awesome!

                            2) It finally snowed! Only about 3 inches but boy was it time!

                            3) Sushi. Oh man I don't even care about the rice. Had friends over last night and we made sushi and ate it until we all just about popped and then made more for leftovers. SO much yum!
