        Cool and rainy here, but that's a YAY! for me!

        Rainy to soak into the ski slopes to prepare for an awesome snow skiing and snowboarding winter!

        Also, today's workout was running and I do way better when it's cool and cloudy.

          Yep, indeed. This is the time of year when we southerners start loving the weather. Mid to low 80s all week and we even had a couple of days recently that didn't hit 80. It's so nice to open windows and not breathe ac air.

              OK new YOTD... stopped in krogers to get sushi...

              i want three salmon, tuna, and shrimp, sashimi

              puzzled look

              just three no rice......

              light dawning...

              No rice???

              no rice

              proceeds to put a lettuce leaf , three avocado, cucumber on the plate for garnish, three each sashimi, ginger, wasabi.

              i shug internally i know the price of the sashimi is prohibitive, but i rarely eat lunch

              he rummages around the lable boxes pulls a tag and places it on. hands it to me.

              total damage? Vegie plate 5.49

                YOTD: Snow is inbound, so ski season isn't too far away...

                Also, did 5 sets of 10 pullups weighted with an extra 35lbs incorporated into the workout today.

                          That's so beautiful! If I could create the perfect climate for me it would be one month of snow, one month of mind boggling heat, and 10 months of weather between 55 and 75 degF.

                            We got our 1/4 grassfed cow delivered, had a t-bone for dinner, and bone broth is in the making!
