I hosted a clothing exchange for some of my friends last night, and while I didn't tell anybody that the foods were all one thing or another, here was the spread.
Coconut Shrimp with Coconut Chive Mayo (recipe from this site.)
Coconut Macaroons dipped in dark Chocolate (made from a gluten-free recipe sight.)
Lots of wine
And some hummus because one of the guests is vegan.
The guests brought some carby things, flatbread, pita chips, more hummus, but everyone just thought that I put out a really healthy spread and enjoyed not having a bunch of junk food at the party.
