    I posted this pic in another thread earlier, but I am curious to know what people think is the weight difference between pic 1 and pic 3?

              It must be, but I know the scales are going to have to change eventually, but its all good, not stressed now.
              I did lose another cm off my waist over night, so going dairy and coffee free is clearly doing me good
