I was just wondering if you ladies could help me on the issue of bloating. I bloat like crazy and usually at work which makes it even more uncomfortable (I work in a restaurant and I am on my feet for almost 8 hours every shift). I usually start the day with my standard breakfast of eggs, avocado, veggies/fruit and before work I will snack on some avocado or veggies or meat. I start work around 5 and by 7 or 8 I have a HUGE belly from being bloated. I haven't really been switching anything up too much and even try and avoid dairy aside from a little cream in my morning coffee - hours before work. Do you think this could be due to dehydration? Thanks for the help, I'm so frustrated and self conscious!!
