    I'll start:


    1000mg of fish oil

    10,000 IU of Vitamin D

    800mg of Folic Acid

        Calcium 1,000 mg, Magnesium 400 mg, and Zinc 15 mg

        Chromium Picolinate 800 mg

        a crazy B Complex

        CoQ10 (Don't have the amount handy)

        The occasional bee pollen in my shakes.


        During my last "build phase" where I was putting on big muscle I also added a bit of Creatine Monohydrate to my post-workout whey shakes.

          1000 mg fish oil (why don't we say 1g?) but 2000 or 3000 if i eat a lot of CAFO meat or something fried in veggie oil


          8000 IU vitamin D - will drop this to 4000 or so once my serum levels are where i want them

                -1gram of Fish Oil, sometimes 2grams depending on diet

                -Occasional Whey Protein Shake when food is sparse around here..

                  Daily vitamins and Supplements:

                  --20,000 IU of vitamin D gels (gels with fish oil inside, i chew them now, did not before the pregnancy)


                  --standard gel multivitamin (2 pills)


                  --2 omega-3 gel capsules full of fish oil, approx 750mg (swallow, not chew)


                  --B vitamins (4 pills, sounds a lot but the brand has low amounts per pill)


                  --29 mg of iron (1 pill), and 1000 mg of vitamin C (1 pill)

                              i chew my vitamin d gels (solar d gems) because unfortunately you don't get very good absorption just swallowing them. i noticed the difference right away when i started chewing them up. my SAD disappeared overnight whereas i'd struggled with it in prior years. i really wasn't getting all the vitamin d before. which is too bad, i'd been taking vitamin d for years. my sleep is also way more stable and consistent.


                              my husband found out about the malabsorption issue with vitamin d on possibly here, but certainly a paleo/primal site and suggested i move to chewing my gels and see if there was a difference. i will ask him about it tmw and see if he remembers where he saw the info.


                              and i take 20,000 IU of vitamin d because i live in the PacNW and am dark-skinned.
