    Hey everyone,

    I am 5'9.5 and was originally about 175lbs. I lost a substantial amount and brought myself down to 136lbs as of right now. I had a lot of fat when I began losing weight, especially in the chest area. I switched to primal living about 2 months ago in an effort to lose this chest fat. I don't have serious moobs, but my chest isn't flat and well shaped like I would like. Should I be more patient and just wait for results, or is there anything I can do to try and speed up this process? Is it possible to shed that final layer of fat? I have very good abs and strong arms and legs, but my funky looking chest really takes away from my physique. Any suggestions? I really wanna fix this.

    at yoru height 136 lbs seems substantially light. Maybe addidng some muscle mass in the chest woudl help the appearance. Just a guess

      Are you eating anything that would give you excess estrogen?

      Is it really fat, or maybe just skin that hasn't shrunk yet?

        Sounds like you need to put on some muscle.
