Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

If you are a man then shame on you.
If you are a woman then you are excused.

I feel like a tea pusher at this point because I've mentioned this in like 3 threads in the last week, but spearmint (not peppermint) tea. It reduces the amount of androgens ("male" hormones) in your blood. Many PCOS sufferers, who often also have hirsutism (excessive body and facial hair on females), swear by it. Most people drink 2 cups a day every day at least at first, and it takes a few weeks to a couple months to have noticable results.

We are ALL supposed to have body hair. But then again, take a look at Mark in his own pictures in the banner at the top of the page. No chest hair, no arm hair, no leg hair, no back hair. His armpits aren't that bushy, either. So, what's his take on body hair?

Can't say I know. Some people naturally have more or less. I just object to the male body-hate as much as the female. (No, I don't care if a woman shaves or not.)

Rock on AP! A hell of a lot of middle aged guys have hair grow in places they don't necessarily want it, it's just part of aging. Unless you want to muck with your testosterone production, learn to live with it or shave it. Certain things happen to men and women as the grow older. Some things you have control over, others not so much.

There's nothing like waxing if you want to work on your primal scream. You can do it in the privacy of your own home instead of a spa.
That would seem easier and safer than messing with your entire system.
                        "Wait! I'll fix it!"
"Problems always disappear in the presence of a technician."
"If you can't improvise, what are you doing out in the field?"

Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.
