  • How Do People Find This Site? Me = Confused

    Hey everyone,

No doubt this site, and this forum get quite a bit of visitors. And lots of people have read the book Primal Blueprint.

I specialize in getting web traffic through various sources, (mainly SEO & PPC.)

I thought I'd help sell some Primal Blueprint books to help the cause and also give me a few extra bucks.

But I'm doing an initial test on this "market" and it seems that virtually no one is searching for the Primal Blueprint on the internet.

Is everyone here a referral from another site, a friend, a TV new show etc?

    That's crazy but cool.

But hard to capture "web traffic" from a source that has no idea what they're looking for in the first place.

Personally, I was referred by Wholehealthsource.blogspot.com

How did you guys find this site?

    -Sean

I was referred to Mark via the book "Run for Life" by Roy Wallack and, if I may say, Mark's book kicks Wallack's book's a$$.

I found this site while searching for more information about the negative effects of grains.

I was applying to be a workerbee (saw the "wanted" ad on problogger's job board) and came to read up on the blueprint before I applied.

              And I just never left.

I think I just googled "primal living" and there were tons of hits for MDA. Also, many bloggers have the link in their bloglists.

I subscribe to the Rivendell Reader, and they did a story on Mark Sisson, found MDA from there. www.rivbike.com

I think I may have "Stumbled Upon" this website, and then just got really sucked in.

I was googling information on homemade kefir, and I landed on the Food Renegade blog. http://www.foodrenegade.com/ She has a list of "Sites I Enjoy" that includes MDA.

Probably through a gluten-free site - there are some paleo/primal eaters there. Though honestly, I can't remember.
