I found it from a friend who had originally turned me on to the book "Younger Next Year" by Chris Crowley, which I've read twice. "Primal" is a bit different but in the same ballpark.

I kinda found it when I was reading a thread where the forum user 'Dream' was discussing his position on p90x on his blog. From there he mentioned Mark's name in regards to nutrition and I remembered Mark doing his blurbs after the p90x workouts. So naturally I googled him and this is what I came across.

        I grok, therefore I am.

I have Krista of stumptuous.com to thank. She's posted several MDA links.

I was doing searches for low carb and paleo diets. I ran across the link somewhere in there.

I had been looking for Paleo sites, but couldn't find any good ones and was also looking on YouTube for Paleo. It was there that I first read the term "Primal." Within a month of that, a friend sent a forward of Mark's e-mail that goes out about a guy who had diabetes and how his blood sugars were tons better since going Primal. It took me a while to even know there was a difference between Paleo and Primal.

I searched for low carb high fat diets, and actually dug around for about a week before I came across MDA... I think I eventually found it through livinlavidalowcarb.com

It never would have occurred to me to search for 'primal' or 'primal living' or 'primal blueprint' since I didn't hear about these terms until I found this site.

The thing that caused me to start looking for people with experience doing low carb high fat was reading Good Calories Bad Calories.

I'm not positive since it was so long ago, but I think I followed a link from Mizfit's blog to one of Mark's specific articles.

I have been a fan of Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty HIT since the late 90's. Last summer I did a search for similar HIT sites. I found Drew Baye's site which has been a great resource. I wish he would finish his book already. Drew breifly touches upon paleo style eating and has a link to Cordain's book site. I read the book and did a search on paleo diets. I found Arthur Devany site and read Evolutionary Fitness and followed up with a search into Arthur Devany. That resulted in an article comparing Devany with MDA. From there I searched MDA and here I am. From HIT to MDA in 2.5 months!
