  • The Biology behind why Primal works

Here is a video someone posted up in another thread that I think everyone should see. It is Doug McGuff M.D. speaking at a "The 21 convention" which is oriented towards helping young men be successful. This presentation actually followed one by Mark, and builds upon it. So if you want to know why Primal works, give this longish video a watch. It was well worth it in my opinion!

Oh and I ended up listening to the guy's whole presentation, not just the nutrition bit. His take on exercise is really interesting, too.

Thanks for the video! Lots of good information. I am so happy with the way people in these general movements back up their proposals with facts and reason. I can't say it enough. There is such a lack of that in just about every area of academia (nutrition, exercise science, quantum study with string theory, political BS that is taking away freedoms and limiting the circulation and equal rights of resources). I am sooo happy there are guys like Mark Sisson and Doug McGriff leading the way in this area.

I am watching Mark's video right now. It isn't anything terrible new for us, but it's nice to hear about primal from a non-pedagogical perspective. Mark also says alot of great one or two liners. Well worth the 1:40:00ish
