  • I'll never be as Primal as my wife...

On Saturday my wife gave birth to our beautiful baby girl...all natural...at home! She labored for 9 hours and never once asked for pain meds or tried to tap out. Our baby girl was 10.8 lbs so my wife had her work cut out for her.

The first thought that came to my mind once the initial shock of fatherhood had subsided a bit is "I'll never, ever be as Primal as my wife." Women are so amazing!

Congratulations to you and your wife!

This makes me think ... maybe I was born to be primal. I was born at home, a natural birth with a midwife

                        Big congratulations!
I was born at home myself, and it went quick (I'm number four, though) I lived long before realizing it's not very normal to be born at home, nor that it takes more than 3-5 minutes for the baby to get out, lol!
