Has anyone experienced much smaller bowel movements? I'm not constipated, go same time every day and the stool is not hard. There just doesn't seem to be enough of it. I am maintaining a very low carb count. I don't know exactly what the count is until I figure out how to use FitDay. I don't eat a whole lot because I'm very satisfied and just not hungry. I fast twice a week from about 2 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day. I feel fine. When you eat a primal diet does your body actually use more of the bulk of the food taken in so there would be less leaving?
