My sister that has tried both iguana and frog legs say they both taste like chicken. I think that is the typical response to something when you don't know how to compare it something.
Makes sense to me.. *Hey wow I just tried Iguana this weekend .. it was GREAT! Really how did it taste? Oh like iguana... oh How does iguana taste? ummmm like chicken? Sweet I gotta get me some Iguana!!!. *tries and mutters* Hey now this doesn't taste like chicken ..

Haven't yet tried it. Don't think there are many places here in Long Island where they serve that lol. I had a chance to taste iguana once (pre-Primal) but passed.
Frog legs are really easy to cook. I posted in the recipe section recently, had them for dinner Saturday. When I lived in NYC I found quite a variety at oriental fish markets. Do they have any near you?
