I'm an 80's/90's Grok but whatever... post anything you want here:

My station on Last.fm. Classic rock, classical, alternarock, metallica, Rob Dougan, big band era, jazz.... pretty much anything and everything but pop, rap, and country, although there are exceptions to even that rule.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

Thanks Jel. Love those guys. Just saw them live a few nights ago and they were awesome. Really good CD. Highly reccommend it. I walk and work out a lot to his other band Quicksand as well. Much more visceral than Rivals. Perfect for screaming, yelling and grunting =)
