  • February sleep challenge :)

    After I finished Whole30, I thought I'd start another challenge, to keep my health improvements rolling along. Bad sleep habits are something I need to work on, so I chose to undertake a sleep challenge.
    Anyone want to join me??

    I'm in! My dh and I just talked about this last night!

    My Challenge:
    1. In bed by 10:00pm
    2. No laptop/TV after 8:00pm
    3. Wake up 7am and do sun salutations every morning.
