  • Under Armour Clothes - fit?

    Hey!

I am thinking about purchasing something like this:
    http://www.amazon.com/Mens-ColdGear-...6402867&sr=8-7

I usually wear Medium or Large shirts. Rather Medium. What size should I wear here, since they are supposed to fit completely? Still Medium?

Oh and what about gloves like these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...pf_rd_i=507846

    How do they fit?

Depends on how you like to wear your clothes while working out. When UA says fitted, it's definitely fitted, which I'm fine with, but my girlfriend hates. Go for medium if you don't mind a tighter fit, large if you do.

And what would you be using the gloves for?

Well I want them to fight tight, so my shirt won't be flying around while working out or grappling/boxing.

I would be using the gloves for working out, since it's often cold around here and I work out in a cold garage and touching the iron/kettlebell/etc would be too cold.

At that price, I'd go down to your local Sports Authority store (or local UA reseller) and try them on first.

try UA in person; their fitting system for tight clothes runs small

the glove sizing runs the same as other sizing systems

the gloves are no different than other "performance" gloves

get the turtleneck you can tuck it in when you want but give an extra inch or two of covereage

Unfortunately they don't sell UA near me.

I bought some online in medium (I work outdoors and the coldgear range is great for keeping the cold out over winter), and I usually wear medium or large, more often medium. So in short I'd say medium.

i love under armour, but my only complaint is that the tighter the shirt is, the more it rides up (at least in my experience). even if you're just sitting there, the material tends to creep up around your abs/ribs, and you have to constantly pull it back down. if you can find it, try extra-long UA, then at least you don't have to battle as much with keeping the shirt in place.

Under Armour compression clothing is designed to go under jerseys and pads, giving the athlete a tight, secure fit.Depends on how you like to wear your clothes, and work. UA said the equipment, it certainly packs, I'm fine, but my girlfriend hated. For the media to go, if you do not mind a strict adaptation, great, if you do so.

I have been wearing UA Coldgear for the past three years and highly recommend it. 6-2 185 and I wear large tops and bottoms, fit perfect. They are not the compression gear.
