Ah, okay so I just came to the realization that I am probably the laziest butt in the whole world because I can only motivate myself to workout when it's warm and sunny outside, otherwise, I have very little motivation to exercise.... Now, here's the worst part: I live in southern California!!!!!! How lazy and spoiled can I get??? Last week the weather was perfect, 70s and sunny and I did all my workouts, went swimming everyday, and did tons of walking outside.... then, this week it dropped down to 60s and partly cloudy, and I have no motivation whatsoever to do my workouts.... what is wrong with me, right??? the weather is still relatively great, but all I want to do is be a couch potato or do homework in the library.... I have been taking Vitamin D supplements, but they don't help my motivation to work out.... is this some sort of a seasonal affective thing??... Does anyone have any tips for motivating oneself to get out more often?
