My diet has been poor this last week due to various unusual circumstances and it had me thinking about the 80/20 rule. If one eats primal 100% for 51 weeks of the year but then goes the opposite for a week are there going to be greater health issues than doing a normal 80/20? Obviously eating poorly isn't great for the health but does eating poorly all in one intense go stress the body? Could you argue it would be like Grok pigging out on only fruit in high summer?
